A naturally gluten-free, easy-to-digest dosa premix made from soaked buckwheat and wholesome millets — crafted for babies, toddlers and families who want clean and nourishing daily meals in minutes.
Ingredients:
- Soaked Buckwheat Millets (Kuttu)
- Sprouted Urad dal (Black Gram)
- Soaked Chana Dal (Chickpeas)
- Sprouted Moong (Green Gram)
- Poha (Flattened Rice)
- Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
- Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water.
- Mix it well, add spices.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes and ready for cook.
- Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water, half tsp nuts and seeds powder, 2 tsp grated veggies.
- Step 1: Warm a flat dosa pam on medium heat & sprinkle little water and wipe with cloth.
- Step 2: Pour big spoon batter and spread evenly in circular motion from center to an outword; add oil or ghee to the edges & centre.
- Step 3: Cook well on both sides until crispy & golden.
- Step 4: Serve with sambhar or chutney to your loved ones.
