- Sprouted Urad dal (Soaked Black Gram)
- Soaked Chana Dal (Chickpeas)
- Sprouted Moong (Green Gram)
- Poha (Flattened Rice)
- Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
- Sun-dried Moringa Leaf Powder (Sahjan)
- Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water.
- Mix it well, add spices.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes and ready for cook.
- Take 3 tsp of premix, 1 tsp of curd, 2 tsp of water, half tsp nuts and seeds powder, 2 tsp grated veggies.
- Add spices.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes and ready for cook.
- Step 1: Warm a flat dosa pam on medium heat & sprinkle little water and wipe with cloth.
- Step 2: Pour big spoon batter and spread evenly in circular motion from center to an outword, add oil or ghee to the edges & centre.
- Step 3: Cook well on both sides until crispy & golden.
- Step 4: Serve with sambhar or chutney to your loved ones.
